First of all, I'm so sorry to adress this in english as it seems that this is a italian forum but english isn't even my mother language and at the end I'll put the translation in italian to hopefully reach more people who could help me out. Well, for the last day I've been trying to install the Morrowind Overhaul 3.0 to no avail. Just before what I believe to be one of the lasts steps, in which the MGSO(?) asks me to open the Morrowind Launcher, it just WON'T OPEN, no matter how many times I press that goddamned button.  After like, seriously, five or ten minutes out of nowhere a pop up shows up that reads:

"There has been an error during the opening of the Morrowind Launcher. Please make sure to have the lastest DX 9.0c libraries installer (you can find the link in the installguide).
Restart the PC after the installation. If the problem persists contact the support!"

Well, just install Direct x 9.0c, simple right? Only that I did that, multiple times, to no avail as well.

If anyone, anyone at all could help me, I'd immensely appreciate it. Thank you very much!

Prima di tutto , mi dispiace tanto di indirizzo presente in inglese come sembra che questo è un forum italiano , ma l'inglese non è la mia lingua madre , anche e alla fine metto la traduzione in italiano di raggiungere più persone che si spera potrebbe darmi una mano . Ebbene , per l'ultimo giorno ho cercato di installare il Morrowind Revisionare 3.0 inutilmente . Poco prima di quello che credo sia uno dei passaggi dura , in cui il MgSO ( ? ) Mi chiede di aprire il Morrowind Launcher , semplicemente non si apre , non importa quante volte si preme quel tasto maledetto . Dopo come , seriamente , cinque o dieci minuti fuori dal nulla un pop-up si presenta che legge :

Beh , basta installare Direct X 9.0c , semplice no? Solo che ho fatto che , più volte , senza alcun risultato pure .
